At least seven people have died in a fire at a nightclub in Murcia, Spain, in the south-east of the country. Four other people were taken to hospital with smoke inhalation.
The fire in the popular nightclub Teatre is said to have broken out around 6 a.m., according to the BBC. At 9 a.m. the fire brigade managed to extinguish the fire. The fire brigade is currently looking for other missing persons.
Rescue workers assume that the number of victims could rise even further. The cause of the fire is still unclear. (no)
