The ruler of North Korea arrives in Russia

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un arrived in Russia on his way to a meeting with Kremlin leader Vladimir Putin, according to South Korea. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Putin’s meeting with Kim would take place in the Russian Far East. The US warns North Korea against supplying weapons to Russia
