The first convictions came in the gigantic trial of the terror attacks in Brussels in the spring of 2016, which killed 32 people. The jury in the Belgian capital on Tuesday found 38-year-old Mohamed Abrini and 33-year-old Frenchman Salah Abdeslam guilty of “terrorist murder”. Both face life imprisonment.
