In the invitation to the seminar, the professor asked if “women can sleep up to get a job with sex.” He would like to talk to the students about legal problems surrounding this subject.

After the announcement on its website, the law faculty of the LMU has distanced itself from the lawyer. She describes parts of the seminar’s content as “abhorrent” and “discriminatory”.

Professor denies allegations

The statement from the faculty states: “By changing the word ‘man’, which is common for non-gender-specific formulations, to ‘woman’, the text suggests that only women were seeking to gain advantage through sexual relations, and that they did it all of their own accord. of its own accord. »

The professor rejected the allegations in his own statement to the “Süddeutsche Zeitung”. Human resources managers clearly see promotional sex as a woman’s weapon. He knows this from almost 35 years of professional experience. From the fact that the majority of senior positions are still held by men, he concludes: “Inclination and opportunity go together.”
