A 48-year-old Belfast taxi driver has been charged with possession of a weapon, threat of murder and assault after videos circulating online showed him doing exactly the same.
Police in Northern Ireland investigated the incident and arrested the man. He claimed the video was made “as a joke” and that the gun was a toy. The passengers have refused to cooperate with the police.

The officer spoke out against bail, telling the court: “We are saying this is not a TikTok gimmick. We say this is an enforcer of a drug debt.”
The judge refused bail and took the taxi driver into custody.
