PICDUMP 432 – and then I’m gone, folks. Really now. bye

It’s like this: the rumours (what rumours?) are true! I actually stopped. And coincidentally, my last working day is a Wednesday! So today. Utilities. We’re almost in the middle of the showdown! You too now. Are you also a little excited??? I don’t like that yet. But you don’t realize you’re gone until you’re gone.

Because it might surprise you a bit what I’m going to do now: I’m going to be self-employed. And I’m working on a number of larger and smaller projects that all have “something to do with media”. I will also continue to do many formats for watson, so we are still friends, watson and me. It is a very harmonious separation – a rarity!

But I don’t do the picdump anymore. And to be honest: after 432 picdumps it is also good I think. (And I’m sure you’ve been thinking that for the past few years, you can admit it, I’ve often thought it too, haha.)

So I officially pass the meme scepter to Sergio, who has already represented me very professionally over the holidays. The people of Wallis are known for being the funniest (I’ve heard). And unlike my lazy self, the hardworking Sergio even translates all the memes into German for you – so it all ends very well for you! Soup!

A big thank you to all the users – especially those who have been with us from the beginning – who helped make this comment column what it is: the best on the web. You are fantastic! So that it doesn’t get weird now, I won’t name names (Tanooki Stormtrooper), because if I mention names (Sonja Red4), maybe those whose names I haven’t mentioned (Walter Sahli) are a little sad? But no one need be sad – you are all the best users in the world!

It’s been eight wonderful years, but how do you say that? It’s good too, right! A little variety is never wrong.
