As a musician, songwriter, moderator and family man, Seven is always full of energy and has been presenting the TV show “Sing my Song – The Swiss Exchange Concert” for a week. The 44-year-old will soon be going on a big club tour. “I have a problem with that when nothing happens. Things that stress or become a chore for some people are a lot of fun for Seven: being on the road often. “I love road trips. I really like doing this,” he says in the video – and he also talks about how many touring trips work. However, the singer emphasizes that he is a careful driver. “Of course I also got a speeding ticket. But I’m not one to rush. That wasn’t my thing and it isn’t.”

As a musician, Seven doesn’t just like to travel. Thanks to the “ying and yang” of her artistic life, she always maintains a balance, as she calls it: introverted in the studio or in writing, extroverted on stage. “Then I want to show everyone how great I am – as a narcissist who says, “Please give me love!”

While living in front of the audience, he doesn’t always have to keep everything under control, the showman emphasizes. “There are always evenings for me when I can just let things go or just leave everything to chance. And accept things as they come.” It’s also an emotional roller coaster ride but it doesn’t derail it. “I am a very balanced person.”

When the musician Seven comes home, he can perfectly shut up, thanks to his family (his two sons aged five and twelve) who want his full attention: doing homework, playing Lego, cooking together, watching movies. “Just being a father, family life. I totally enjoy it. Then I forget everything and I really fall.”

Seven is an extremely active person. That’s why the singer doesn’t spend her self time lazing around either. “I’m not someone who can lie on the beach and read a book and do nothing,” she says. “It’s so difficult for me.” On the other hand, he finds peace in sports. Especially in basketball, as he says in the video.

What helps the musician stay grounded is his constant return to what really matters in life. Or in short: humility. “Hey, I’m healthy, I have two legs, I can do whatever I want,” she says. However, there is a tendency to want more, despite the occasional luxuries. “Sometimes I have to pick my own nose to stay on track.”
