These are all red flags and there may be some stalkerware applications are also included.

Of those who chose not to confront their partners, 31% wanted to check if it was a one-time incident, and 11% were afraid of a fight.

How do I know if my partner is spying on my cell phone?

One of the signs that the phone is compromised is a sudden and unexpected problem in the operation of the mobile phone. More frequent slowdowns or freezes may be caused by stalkerware. Settings changed without consent, for example a new browser homepage, new icons on the phone, a different default search engineor other changes not made by the device owner, may be caused by stalkerware. Receiving strange messages, such as sudden pop-ups or error messages from programs that have always worked well before, can also indicate spyware..
