After a glass of wine with dinner during the holidays, you should leave your car behind in most European countries. Because unlike Switzerland, where the limit is still 0.5 per thousand, the drink-driving limit in many countries is gradually moving towards zero tolerance. Albania has the lowest border at 0.1, and Malta and the UK have one of the highest at 0.8 per thousand.
