After Bayern Munich snatched the championship trophy from Borussia Dortmund thanks to the 2-1 win in Cologne on the last day of the Bundesliga, a video has now appeared on social networks showing the Bayern stars handing out after the game against BVB.
In the video you can hear the brand new champions singing in the dressing room: “Who will be German champion? BVB Borussia. Who will be German champion? Borussia BVB.” BVB fans usually sing this song – but now it is FC Bayern players and employees who mock the Dortmunders with it.
Based on the video material, it is not 100% clear which players participated in the excavation at the title competitor. Manuel Neuer (37) and Leon Goretzka (28) can be seen briefly, celebrating with the staff and singing the accompanying “Schalala”.
When the camera pans, Arijon Ibrahimovic, 17, who appears to have shot the video, can be seen in selfie mode. Together with Kingsley Coman (26), Serge Gnabry (27), Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting (34), Noussair Mazraoui (25) and Ryan Gravenberch (21) he sings the championship song of Dortmund.
Thomas Müller (33) expressed his sympathy for the title rival in an interview shortly after the final whistle and certainly received sympathy points from BVB fans. Points that should again be playful with the look of the video. (mbi)
