The hearing in the first trial, scheduled for the end of May, has been postponed again. “Once again I am very shocked and disappointed by the attitude of the ITIA,” she begins her explanation. While she has publicly stated that she remains committed to working with her in a “sensitive, efficient and timely manner”, she has now overtaken the court to “postpone my hearing … for the third time”.

An approach that caused a lot of misunderstanding at Halep. “When will this finally end?” she asks. And emphasizes: “I have the right to a prompt hearing. This practice violates my rights.”
