The days of Hakan Yakin (46) as coach of Schaffhausen are numbered. Yakin will no longer return to the sidelines of the Challenge League club, as “Nau” first reported. This coincides with display data. The divorce will be officially announced next week.
Yakin, who was employed by Schaffhausen for the first time as head coach, was absent for the last two games. He was absent from the 4-2 draw against Stade Lausanne-Ouchy a week ago due to a cold. For a long time it was doubtful whether the brother of national coach Murat Yakin would even be allowed to take a seat in the trainer’s chair in Schaffhausen. The 46-year-old currently lacks the necessary UEFA Pro license. In addition, he was not initially enrolled in a corresponding coaching course. After he was admitted to the Turkish course, he got the permit.
