At the World Ski Championships in Courchevel/Méribel (Fri) Mikaela Shiffrin proved she can party. After her two silver medals (Super-G and slalom) and gold in the giant slalom, she went wild in the après-ski hotspot “La Folie Douce”.

Even after the end of the season, the American ski queen is in a festive mood. The reason this time is not one of her successes, but her manager Kilian Albrecht’s milestone birthday.

The former Austrian slalom specialist, who rode for Bulgaria from 2006 to 2011, turned 50 last Thursday. And that was celebrated extensively in Warth (Austria) over the weekend.
