Obradoiro will have five away games and three at home against Real Betis, Granada and Fuenlabrada

Author: PACO RODRIGUEZ

Moncho Fernández’s team will have two consecutive outings, on two almost impossible grounds

The missing calendar is not very favorable to Obradoiro, who have to play five of their eight games as a guest. The same will happen to Breogán. Bilbao Basket will play four in their pavilion and another four at home. Meanwhile, Valencia Basket will play five at home.

First of all, Moncho Fernández’s team will have two consecutive relegations, two courts almost impossible. Compostela will visit Unicaja Málaga and leader Baskonia. Later, Real Betis will travel to Sar, before traveling to Valencia to welcome Granada at home. Then, two more trips to two very difficult areas: Barcelona and Joventut. Obra will conclude the regular phase on his circuit against Fuenlabrada, the main candidate to lose the category. Four of the eight opponents will be playoff teams.

Against the same eight opponents, Obra achieved four victories in the first round and experienced four defeats. They beat Baskonia (91-86), Betis (71-73), Barcelona (76-74) and Fuenlabrada (79-82). They lost to Unicaja (86-87), Valencia (98-103), Granada (93-89) and Joventut (74-91).

worst records

Breogán has worse results than Obradoiro against opponents who will still exhaust the calendar. In the first round, they won three games against Murcia (70-84), Bilbao Basket (86-70) and Manresa (70-106). They lost five: Gran Canaria (53-71), Unicaja Málaga (100-66), Tenerife (61-86), Baskonia (77-86) and Valencia Basket (83-88).

Valencia Basket recorded five wins and three losses against rivals that remained until the end. They beat Real Betis (78-83), Obradoiro (98-103), Manresa (103-92), Fuenlabrada (92-86) and Breogán (83-88). He played against Murcia (74-75), Bilbao Basket (71-65) and Real Madrid (79-62).

Finally, Bilbao Basket registered five wins and three losses in the first round. They defeated Fuenlabrada (109-82), Valencia Basket (71-65), Manresa (76-86), Real Betis (85-70) and Murcia (99-81). They lost to Tenerife (73-57), Breogán (86-70) and Unicaja Málaga (92-79).
