But against Cologne the foals do not find a solution. “Gladbach can be more than happy with the result,” Khedira told DAZN.
You will hardly be happy on the Lower Rhine. The foals are in crisis. After starting the season with two wins and two draws in the summer, Gladbach is now in 10th place.
The foals suffered five defeats this year and so since the departure of goalkeeper Yann Sommer. They play four draws and two wins. By comparison, in the entire first half of the season with Sommer in goal, Gladbach suffered five defeats. This has nothing to do with summer replacement Jonas Omlin, by the way. So all hopes are pinned on Manu Koné. The 21-year-old was brought from Toulouse two years ago for about nine million euros. According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Kone could be sold for more than 50 million in the summer.
