A mole caused unrest during Julian Nagelsmann’s (35) tenure at Bayern Munich. Time and time again, tactical information came out from the locker room. And even after release, the mole problem causes head shaking. Because the eviction of the trainer was made public by several media houses 24 hours before the official announcement.
For sports director Hasan Salihamidzic (46) it is clear: there is no mole in its own ranks. “I don’t know who that was – certainly from the other side,” he said on the TV show “Doppelpass”.

The Senegalese complained to the ex-coach that he only played eight minutes in the two Champions League games against PSG, although he was fit again after his injury – in front of other Bayern stars. Instead of resisting the player, the 35-year-old reportedly appeared intimidated.
The following weekend, Mané was allowed to play against Augsburg from the start. For the other players, a sign that Nagelsmann has presented himself to the ex-Liverpool player.
FC Bayern Munich therefore does not relax even after the coach change. Ironically, the German record champion’s focus for Saturday’s all-important clash against Borussia Dortmund is everywhere, just not in sports. (byl)
