The Viveiro Surfing School celebrated a “spectacular” season at the Galician Surfing Gala held in Porto do Son, on the occasion of the club’s 30th anniversary. The only school in the province of Lugo to compete on the Galician circuit, it faced the “big capitals” and won five regional titles thanks to the talent and work of Claudia Prieto, Lucía Martínez, Gabriela Fernández and Jorge Guerreiro.

Although they also reminded that they are the only club competing in the province of Lugo and need more support from tutoring entities from cities such as Vigo or A Coruña, with the possibility of accessing many more students due to their size. “We are the most humble, we are trying very hard to take the boys to the championship and we could use more help”, they explain.
