Dejan Sorgic is a real star in the top game for both teams. For leader Sion, because the goalscorer has arrived in Valais, which is of great importance to him. And for opponents Thun, because there is a beautiful discovery story about the Central Swiss striker that aptly describes what drives him.

Very clear, because days after the first contact, Sorgic wanted to take a part-time job in the commercial sector, as the “Berner Zeitung” reported. That never happened.

An important argument for Thun’s chance was the hat-trick he scored in one half (!) of a friendly match with Kriens against the big AS Monaco. He then scored 42 goals for the Bernese Oberland in three years, moving to Auxerre in Ligue 2 and then back home to the FCL. Now he is suddenly back at the club that gave him the opportunity to become a goalscorer at professional level.
