He is being ridiculed: the only thing missing in the Horner case is transparency

Does Formula 1 need the Horner case? No, if it’s just rumors and speculation. Yes, if complaints and misconduct come to light.

The Horner case is still between a no and a yes. And why? Because there is a lack of transparency. This could finally bring light to the darkness.

Of course, privacy must also be protected in your love life. But when some people stop liking it – usually out of disappointment, rejection or even hatred – the audience gets involved. Why not the police?

Thailand triumphs over Austria

The Horner case has so far only reached the walls of Red Bull. An external investigation at a high court in London was supposed to provide clarity – and ultimately the Horner case degenerated into a power struggle. The majority shareholders from Thailand (51 percent), who strongly agreed with Horner and traveled to Bahrain, prevailed over the parent company in Salzburg.

The fact that Bullen’s ‘acquitted’ team boss has not yet filed a defamation complaint against the internal employee says almost everything. In such cases, it is rare for someone to be 100 percent innocent.

And a still anonymous group of people now sent an email to all important Formula 1 people (media, team bosses, FIA) with the chat traffic and photos of the once harmonious couple.

They apparently want to ridicule the power-hungry Christian Horner (50). And has now opened the link to the explosive documents to fans on social media. With the woman’s name!

Credibility suffers

Puritan Americans in particular react very aggressively in such cases. Many American investors and sponsors are finally demanding transparency. But no one can find her anymore. She is still hidden.

GP director Stefano Domenicali (an Italian) and FIA president Mohammed bin Sulayem (from the Emirates) have now invited Horner for a meeting in Bahrain. The two alarmed rule enforcers are finally calling for transparency – on behalf of many parties.

Formula 1 once again has a credibility problem. Does the circus need the Horner case? The answers continue with yes and no to the next trip to the second race in Saudi Arabia.
