One of the men’s World Cup downhill events that was canceled in Zermatt/Cervinia will be moved to the following week in Val Gardena.
This means that the departure will take place on Thursday 14 December on the Saslong piste in Val Gardena and two days later on Saturday. In between, the speed specialists also compete in a Super-G in Val Gardena.
Last season there was an additional descent in Val Gardena, when they replaced Beaver Creek. Marco Odermatt (26) came second behind the Austrian Vincent Kriechmayr (32). (SDA/che)
