FC Aarau recently remained undefeated for the first time in three league games (2 draws, 1 win) under Alex Frei. In Nyon, however, there was a big blow for the Aargauers: the newcomers defeated the Rüebliländer 4-0.
The disaster started in the 41st minute with an own goal by FCA player Pappoe. In the 68th minute, Petit (54th), Gomis (65th) and Escorza (68th) scored for the Vaudois. Aarau’s hopes for some consistency have evaporated again.
