The owners of MLS club Los Angeles FC have recently expressed interest in the Swiss record champions. The club’s investors include prominent sports personalities such as former basketball player Magic Johnson (64), former football player Mia Hamm (51) and actor Will Ferrell (56). The Americans are said to have already had initial discussions with the investment bank Moelis & Co., which is investigating potential buyers on behalf of the GC Chinese. Bloomberg quotes insiders familiar with the matter.

People on the campus in Niederhasli ZH are taking note of the rumors. “But we don’t comment on it,” WG board member Andras Gurovits told Blick. It is clear that he neither confirms nor denies this.
