In the Champions Hockey League, the three Swiss clubs will meet their opponents in the round of 16. Genève-Servette, Biel and the Rapperswil-Jona Lakers finished the preliminary round in 7th, 13th and 16th place in the uniform.
This means that Swiss champions Servette will face German champions RB Munich, who are coached by former SCB coach Toni Söderholm, in the first knockout round in mid-November.
