“At some point it’s easy enough”: that’s why Lakers goalie Nyffeler argued with SCB Baumgartner

There is always a scuffle in the Lakers’ goal area, as the Mutzen stubbornly and physically attack the SCRJ goalkeeper. At some point Nyffeler has had enough. During a break, he pushed SCB striker Benjamin Baumgartner (23), who had already been attacked by Jérémy Wick (34), roughly out of his goal area. Nyffeler, usually down-to-earth by nature, explains: ‘I always try to stay calm. But I won’t tolerate anything. I wanted to make a statement, especially at home. Later, Nyffeler unfortunately deflected a puck into Baumgartner’s face: “I was really sorry.” According to Nyffeler, the argument during the handshake after the Lakers’ 5-2 win was forgotten.
