Nobody likes to lose. This also applies to tennis professionals. Aryna Sabalenka (25) had to admit defeat to the American Coco Gauff (19) 6:2, 3:6, 2:6 in the final of the US Open on Saturday after winning the starting set.

Tears of disappointment were already flowing from the Belarusian on the field.
