Ice hockey player Den Bosch does not leave Bloemendaal: 9-1

Den Bosch’s hockey players have advanced to the seventh round of the women’s premier league with just six goals in six games, just like Klein Zwitserland’s goalless last round. The reigning national champions more than doubled their number of goals in a game this season during their visit to Bloemendaal on Saturday. It won 9-1.

Joosje Burg quickly put Den Bosch ahead on ‘t Kopje. That was it in the first quarter, despite six penalty corners for coach Marieke Dijkstra’s Bossche team. In the second quarter it was hit with the eighth penalty corner attempt of the game. Frederique Matla was right.

Through Teuntje de Wit, Matla with her second and third goals and Burg with her second goal, Den Bosch continued to thunder in the second quarter. After the break, Laura Nunnink and Maartje Krekelaar continued to increase the score and waved double digits.

Goal of honor Bloemendaal

Suddenly Bloemendaal did something back. Demi Hilterman pushed the home team’s goal from the first penalty corner. Thanks to Lauren van der Geld, Den Bosch continued to gain distance, but Den Bosch no longer reached double digits.

With thirteen points from seven games, Den Bosch is currently third. SCHC, who visit HGC on Sunday, and Amsterdam, who host Kampong on Sunday, are first and second respectively with the maximum score of eighteen points from six games.
