Fabio Daprelà has been successfully defending at FC Lugano for years with the shirt number 30 on his back. Certainly, the 32-year-old would like to play with the same number after his move to FC Zurich. No one in the current squad wears this number, but Daprelà doesn’t get it. After the dismissal of Hannu Tihinen (46) in the summer of 2010, the 30 is no longer available. The Finn, who orchestrated the defense for four years, has legendary status. Daprelà now wears the number 5.

Zellweger forever

The number 27 of Marco Schönbächler (33), who left in the summer of 2022 after 20 years without interruption at FCZ, can still be worn. Blerim Dzemailis 21 is now suspended for one year.
