A professional with ideal qualities for the position

After working with Manuel Pablo, it is clear to me that he has many qualities that a position such as national coach requires, regardless of the category in which he might coach. To begin with, he has the support of his career as a football player, with rich experience both in club football and in the national team itself. This allowed him to go through various situations and gather the necessary experience to become a benchmark among those he could manage. Those same experiences would make it easier for him to reach out to players and put himself in their shoes when necessary.

He is also a coach who reads a footballer very well, with the ability to detect his possibilities. It also maintains an attractive model for the viewer, in line with the one represented by the selection itself. Offensively, prioritize talent when building.

Finally, although this is perhaps one of the most important qualities, Manuel Pablo is a kind person, able to convey his opinion without imposing and who makes teamwork enjoyable.
