708 of the 2767 criminal cases have been completed and 2059 are still pending. The amount of the crime in the completed procedure is 59.3 million francs and in public 247.5 million francs, as shown by the compilation published on the Internet.
According to the FDF and WBF, the amount of the violation corresponds to the volume of the credit at the time it was granted. The level of the crime does not mean that the funds have been lost, it said at the request of the State Secretariat of Economic Affairs (Seco). The Seco confirmed the total amount of the crime.
