The Mühleweiher development plan, which was approved with a yes vote of 82.5 percent (1892 to 400 votes), creates a new living and working area close to the center. In total, approximately 70 apartments of different sizes can be realized.

The community owns several properties in the Mühleweiher area. However, there are currently no construction plans for this. However, the renovation, renaturation and upgrade of the mill pond is planned. It must remain open to the public in the future.

The Luzernerstrasse development plan was adopted with a yes vote of 81.0 percent (450 votes in 1919). A residential area with commercial use will be created there. A total of 80 apartments of different sizes are planned.

The municipality is the land owner of two properties. Adjacent to the community property at Luzernerstrasse 14, she wants to expand the school and family day structures and create space for the community library. (SDA)
