Two and a half weeks before the federal elections, Lobbywatch published a transparency list on Tuesday. According to this report, 117 or 56 percent of participants again detailed how much they earned from their work on boards, association committees or advisory boards. Before the 2019 election, only 33 percent did so.
According to Lobbywatch, the desire for transparency was greatest among the Greens, with 94 percent of their former members disclosing income outside their paid profession. The SP had only slightly fewer council members at 92 percent. The common people were much more cautious: 29 percent of the SVP disclosed their income.
Women report income from secondary work more often than men, and young people report income more often than older people.
