Los Panchos and Mocedades unite in a song of nostalgia

They represent two ways of understanding the beauty of the voice. the youthfusing folk with pop to create songs that will awaken the listener. Both formations will perform on December 15 at the Palacio de la Ópera in a joint performance, designed for those audiences who feel an affinity for both.

Mocedades was born in the city of Bilbao in the late sixties. The Uranga sisters created a group within a large family loaded with a lot of musical talent. Together with other friends, they created the most important vocal group in the Spanish-speaking world. Izaskun Uranga, the founder of the formation, is the only member who has remained uninterrupted since its inception until today. It keeps alive the legacy of the group that won the hearts of Spaniards with Eurovision You are in the early seventies. From there, they followed them for several decades with songs like Love for man, oh love or Take me or leave me.

Mocedades celebrates more than 50 years of existence with the trio Los Panchos, represented by the last leading voice, Rafael Basurto Lara.
