Digitization as a bridge of connection with stakeholders

Today it is my honor to adopt a a culture of purpose, progress and greater connectedness with our stakeholders through creation of digital ecosystems.

From my role as head of a brewing company largest in the country, I was able to identify the great value we can offer our strategic partners by making them available to use digital platforms like BEESwhich have grown significantly in the last year, due to the contribution of practicality and security when purchasing products, since our business partners have access to the platform 24 hours a day, 7 days a week order management, with access to their history, functionality for planning purchases and exclusive product promotions . This allows you to significantly reduce costs and be the first to receive price updates, new product launches and promotions.

But it is not only important to bet on the evolution of digital platforms to boost the business economy, but also to ensure timely delivery to the consumer. Under this premise, one of our main innovation efforts was born through ethe digital ecosystem of Cervecería Nacional, an application called TaDa Delivery of Drinks, with which we are the technological link between consumers and companies, putting our technology in the hands of the user and promoting the sales of our business partners, who sell their products as well as from their store, thus creating new customers, who should not physically go to their store. Through this application we further our goal of promoting entrepreneurship by offering you a technological development of alternatives to thousands of merchants which have a traditional business model at national level to increase their sales.

On the other hand, connecting with our consumers through highly impactful experiences, supported by digital, has enabled us to create communities. Social networks and digital They allow us to be more in touch and actively listen to the interests of our consumers. So we were recently encouraged, through our brands, to create the first advertisement made with UGC (User Generated Content / User Generated Content) Panama, for a summer campaign made with 100% organic content by consumers themselves sharing videos of how they enjoy summer. In addition, we have created the Golden Cluba platform that offers exclusive experiences throughout the year for those who choose to participate.

The speed at which the world is changingor challenges our predictive ability to stay one step ahead of the demands of our consumers and suppliers. It challenges us to be more agile in our search for methods to create value; but at the same time, it has opened up a new world of possibilities for those companies brave enough to venture into the unknown and dare to innovate again. disruptive way in their processes.
