Now Executive decree establishing the School for Parents; in its article 1.; textually establishes (Presidency of the Republic, 1997): Article 1: Create a program Schools for fathers and mothers of families in the Ministry of Education, which will be coordinated National Administration for Community and Parent Education.

As we can see, the program has developed Ministry of Education, and since it is the holder of the national education system, it is appropriate to be in charge of coordination; Now, I believe it should be properly organized because in reality, despite having the support of various internal departments on paper Ministry of Education, such as psychoeducational services, women’s office, to name a few, the reality is that the training is conducted by the same teachers who see their minor students, even parent club members teach their peers; and respecting the end of the Act, one must be sufficiently careful and responsible with the training staff.

As a person responsible for a minor and part of society, you have obligations; And if the state does not fulfill its obligation to educate and guide you, that is, it does not give you the tools, do not wait, act for your family, you need to know the problems, needs and goals of your children, this must come before other situations. it is hardly necessary, we must not get lost and it is clear to us that children are the future of the country if we do good children, we will have good men and women in our country.
