Crows and blackbirds

There are dark currents constantly flooding the human psyche, rivers of tar destroying the notions we thought we believed in. We are creatures that, being born of beasts, have aspects that terrify us, parts of us the consciousness we seek keep hidden from light.

We suppress them in our guts, we swallow the bile that oozes from their words, we fight with ourselves day by day to be able to keep control over our impulses.

We are in a constant battle with the cave of our heads, fighting the shadows that appear on the murals without realizing that we could escape, leave the cave and discover a new world beyond the darkness of the struggle. We are so attached to continuing to pay attention to the shadows that we do not recognize the simple patterns that life throws at us, we have become prisoners of our own conformity.

We live thinking that every black bird is a crow, terrified of searching, of explore, curse, dance, play. We get attached to routine for the mental simplicity it represents, for nothing else. Because routine, even if it drains our soul, will always be easier than life without fear.

But bars of our prison It’s not that we don’t escape, but that no one enters; We have become perfect slaves, those who believe they are free in their captivity. We shy away from experimentation, we don’t like those who live in the distance of constant research. And, far from what can be understood from these lines, I do not mean the fact of leaving everything behind and going to where the sky is reflected in the light.

With the phrase “distance of constant research” I am talking about what makes us human, the primordial essence of everything science, reflection, discussion, doubt; that which is born from the highest primal curiosity.

We no longer feed our thoughts, we no longer burn our shrines. Conformism kills us, oxidizes us, rots us. The only way to fight it is to get outside, away from the shadows cave, and conquers us with its untouched beauty dawn light What’s the point? Not shake the pillars of our identitymetamorphose our beliefs, demolish some ideals and to discover that among the ruins of what we once were there is hidden power to build a unique, renewed and functional thought?

Just a total war, the kind that was written so much in Napoleonic era, against the enemy trench in our head, will make us leaders of our reason. Partial impulse restriction just does the the pressure is greater, the conflict frees us from them. Letting go of fear to discover who we really are is the key to freedom’s door of condemnation. Take responsibility for it is our personality to take the wheel of our mortal vehicle. And a lot has already been said about that. said, so there’s no need to delve into how.

The fear of facing oneself is natural, like a god facing his 12 tests. But it is the only way to remove the parasite from our soul. The cave is deep and narrow, the exit is hidden behind the fog uncertainty, thick and viscous, the war will be hard and even, it is a problem of facing yourself, who knows you in the same way, the fight will become terrible and unknown. But if we don’t go out, if we don’t dare, if we don’t get closer, the black birds will still be crows.
