There will be no major events in the football year 2023. Wrong! The Swiss women’s team will start the FIFA World Cup in New Zealand next Friday against the Philippines.

Include.

Men’s football is a thing of the past, the fans have faded into the background. Stars imitate money from Saudi Arabia. A ticket to a football stadium has become unaffordable for many. With Messi and Ronaldo, two big names said goodbye to small scenes.

The future belongs to women’s football. Because sport cares about its fans. You can follow the Women’s Champions League on YouTube for free. This gave the sport high ratings.

Women soccer players embody the values that make the sport so unique: team spirit, determination and perseverance. Unlike their male counterparts, this makes them likable and down to earth. Women’s football is a pleasure to watch. The quality is good, the entertainment value is great, as shown by this year’s Champions League final in Eindhoven.

The 2025 European Football Championship will be held in Switzerland. It should be a big national football festival. It’s time to ignite the euphoria.
