The job takes three times longer

Prices for placement at the Persigo staffing agency therefore remained the same, although efforts were greatly increased. “We’ve never seen so much demand,” says Managing Director Bruno Giger (59). On average, finding a suitable person is two to three times more difficult.

The personnel office is in less contact with the welfare offices, but more intensively with the RAV.
