Overall, Swatch boss Hayek earned a salary of 6.53 million francs for 2022, after 6.58 million previously. 17 members of the Board of Directors received a salary of CHF 28.97 million compared to CHF 29.87 million in the previous year.
Together, the six members of the Board of Directors earned almost unchanged CHF 4.83 million. 4.08 million of this went to Chairman of the Board Nayla Hayek.

Sales increased by 2.5 percent to CHF 7.50 billion. Swatch also increased its operating profit from 1.02 billion previously to 1.16 billion francs, resulting in an 11 percent higher profit to 823 million. Swatch Group has sold more than 1 million Moonswatches in total.
The dividend will also increase: Shareholders will receive CHF 6.00 for bearer shares and CHF 1.20 for registered shares. For 2021, Swatch paid the bearer CHF 5.50 per share and CHF 1.10 per registered share.
As also stated in the annual report, Swatch expects strong sales growth in all regions and segments for 2023. Consumption has rapidly rebounded not only in China but also in the surrounding Hong Kong and Macau markets following the end of the Covid measures.
