At CHF 1.77 million, the basic salary was slightly higher than in the previous year. As can be seen in the annual report published on Friday, the fixed wage, consisting of basic salary, pension and other benefits, made up 44 percent of the total salary. 56 percent can be attributed to variable charging.
In total, members of the Executive Committee received 36 million Swiss francs for the last financial year. In 2021, senior executives received just over CHF 39 million in salaries, bonuses, share allocations and pensions.
Members of the Board of Directors received a total compensation of CHF 4.4 million for the term 2022-2023, slightly less than the previous year. (SDA)
