Billionaires Street in New York is one of the most expensive streets in the world. Central Park Tower, which has a total of 180 luxury apartments, is also located here. According to many press reports, including “WSJ”, an unknown buyer can now enjoy the penthouse apartment on the 107th and 108th floors.
The luxury apartment was initially offered for $175 million. Later the price dropped to around 150 million. How much the unknown buyer paid in detail for the 1,160 square meter flat remains a secret.
One thing is clear: The two-story penthouse, with seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms, is hard to beat in terms of luxury. You can especially enjoy New York and Central Park views from two terraces of 22 square meters in total. This can also be done through floor-to-ceiling windows – from the sofa, for example.
The size of the hall alone is almost 200 square meters; this is twice the size of the average apartment in Switzerland. According to the listing, the penthouse also includes a library, games room, a professional kitchen with dining room, offices and a winter garden.
The penthouse can be reached by a private elevator. A striking spiral staircase also leads to the upper floor.
Central Park Tower residents also have access to a terrace with an outdoor pool and sun deck. There is also a wellness area with sauna and indoor saltwater pool. At a private club on the 100th floor, residents can also dine at the restaurant, drink wine at the bar or smoke cigars in the lounge. The tower has a total of 131 floors.
