This is how Embraer sees the business jet of the future! The Brazilian aircraft manufacturer presented the latest ideas for a jet at the NBAA business aircraft show in Orlando (USA). As the aviation portal Aerotelegraph.com writes, it should pass without a pilot.
This sounds bold, but it may soon become a reality. While most aircraft manufacturers are still working on single-seat cockpit or self-flying air taxis, Embraer has already taken decisive action. The manufacturer himself speaks of a “bold concept”.
Does it run on hydrogen?
The aircraft will have a three-piece cabin. And rear wheel drive. Jet must be 100 percent sustainable, meaning it must run on artificial fuels. Or with hydrogen as aviation experts at the Brazilian aviation portal Aeroin.
Instead of the cockpit, there is a cabin where passengers can have a good view of the landscape. More details and names for the new business jet are not yet known. (pbe)
