From cheap to very expensive: you can rent these extraordinary Barbie houses

Probably the craziest Airbnb ever. A giant pink-painted Barbie house with a pool, weight room, grill and horse. In mid-July, to celebrate the premiere of the new “Barbie” movie, the Airbnb platform has opened reservations for a free night stay at Barbie’s famous Malibu dream house!

The only catch: only two people worldwide were lucky enough to spend a night at the strange property. Blick searched for other properties on Airbnb and Booking, the booking platforms that ordinary people have access to.

You can rent a Barbie-themed lake house for $800 a night on Airbnb. This includes five bedrooms and a swimming pool.

Pure pink is available at Trixie Motel in California. A pink pool and brightly colored rooms invite you to spend the night. Run by a transvestite, the motel rents rooms for around $400 per night.

Extraordinary suites are available at the Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur. Two suites of 47 and 105 square meters offer a unique Barbie experience. Entertainment doesn’t come cheap. You have to spend more than 1,600 francs for one night, including breakfast buffet, gifts and tea ceremony.

Similar to the big Barbie house in Malibu, the Barbie Hotel Apartments in Greece also has a pool. If you dive down, you can see a mosaic that says “Barbie”. You can also enjoy the pool in the comments made on Booking.

There is a Barbie trailer in the capital of Argentina. Not on the street, in a hotel room. Hilton bids for the room with Hilton points. Barbie breakfast is also included.

Another Barbie trailer can be found on Airbnb. For CHF 350 per night, three bedrooms and a Barbie-style kitchen are at your disposal, including lots of Barbie dolls to play with.

For example, there is the Barbie apartment in Malinska on the Croatian coast. What makes the apartment block special: the house is painted pink. The apartment itself is modest. A night in Apartment Barbie costs around 100 francs per night.
