There’s a lot going on in the real estate industry right now. This is true. So it’s no surprise that well-connected, intelligent salespeople are in demand. The number of jobs announced in the real estate sector in the April-May period increased by 18.8 percent. Up to 23.5 percent on an annual basis. According to the Michael Page Swiss Business Index, all other sectors clearly outperformed.

In addition to the real estate sector, demand was also high, especially in the fields of energy, marketing and communication, food and environmental technology. Across Switzerland, the number of jobs posted fell 1.4 percent from April to May, with a seasonal decline. This is mainly because employers are reducing the number of jobs before the summer vacation. Compared to the previous year, the number of employment increased by 1.2 percent.
