Let’s decide once and for all: are sandals with socks fashionable or not? Fashion

This season, fashion preferences are quite diverse, and fashionistas are lining up for romantic ballerinas, Mary Janes and … fisher sandals. Yes, yes, you heard right! The fashion world does not let go of the topic of fishing (and elements of the “grandfather’s” wardrobe in general): in the fall, almost everyone wore fishing boots, and now it’s the turn of “fishing” summer boots.

Of course, the sandals are not the most elegant thing in the store, but they are comfortable and convenient in hot weather. And their variations are now represented in sufficient numbers to choose a pair to your liking.

Is it possible to look like the most stylish girl and fashion blogger in the picture with these shoes? Our answer is yes, absolutely! And here are some tips:

  • Floor-length trousers that cover the ankle look better with fisher sandals. Therefore, avoid shortened and strongly narrowed (skinny) models of jeans – they have already lost their popularity;
  • For a beach trip, sandals are the perfect combination with canvas shorts and a basic top. By the way, do not forget about socks, which again became acceptable in combination with sandals – that’s a fact! So there’s no need to argue anymore: the combo is officially approved by the world-famous fashionista 🙂
  • Sandals with thin straps and neat weaving even go well with a set of classic trousers and a white shirt with a bulky bag. It will turn out to be a good office option, in which it will not be hot;
  • Fisherman sandals (with their relaxed mood) will go well with an outfit with a denim maxi skirt and will be a comfortable summer replacement for sneakers, especially models on a small platform.

So let’s summarize the simple results: sandals, especially fishing sandals, remain at the top of summer trends in 2023. And yes, they are “sock friendly” – and comfortable!
