What brands to pay attention to in the markets of Moscow Fashion Week: a guide from the author of the telegram channel “Mamkina Modnitsa” 04/27/2023, 17:44

Even last summer, interesting things happened not only on the catwalk at the first Moscow Fashion Week.The attention of fashion was drawn to the markets in the Zaryadye and Tverskaya locations, and designers had time to deliver more and more new products, as many of them were really successful in trading.

The logical continuation of this whole story was the initiative of the Moscow Fashion Week – to organize markets in the main shopping centers of Moscow.During the month, there was a huge number of requests to participate in the markets, almost 700 brands passed the official selection, and my personal fashion selection was 6 of them.

Cool Bitte_Ruhe will be located in the Oceania shopping center – they have amazing trench coats and dresses with ruffled sleeves, and the brand’s calling card is sweatshirts with a corset cut, which many Russian influencers have already tried.

Gapanovich will also be present with the original cut that we already fell in love with at Fashion Week. Pay attention to the coat-balcony and blouse-cloud in several colors. And the collaboration with Yelets lace is a work of art at all!

Also in Oceania you will find Acers with their succulent flowers and skillfully twisted bouquets on clothes suitable for romantic natures.

Denim Rishi with their fashionably tailored and great value upcycle look. The prices are more than pleasant: a denim corset (each of them is exclusive) will cost only 6 thousand rubles, and jeans, I’m sure, will make all girlfriends jealous.

Russian Rick Owens — It’s personal brand — caught my attention with a special crumpled technique and a leather asymmetric vest. You can find them in the shopping center Europolis.

In general, I was very pleased with the selection of brands at the markets and it can be seen that many brands have a great desire to prove themselves and do something of their own – unusual and original.

It’s also apparent that sometimes brands don’t have enough hands to design pages and beautifully photograph really worthy things. But Moscow was not built right away, and I am sure that participation in such events as Moscow Fashion Week markets gives an impetus to the development of every designer who is not lazy to send an application.
