Relationships with clothes are often built according to the scheme “from love to hate”. At first you have a candy season, everything is fine and dandy. And then one wrong move and the proverbial “out of sight, out of mind” will follow. The thing is tired, “doesn’t work” and generally has no place in the closet anymore. But don’t be so categorical – your relationship can still be saved!
To do this, you need scissors, a little imagination, old jeans or a skirt. Of course, it would be most logical to first measure, outline the cut line – but plans changed when we saw a photo of a fascinator in “curvy” skirts with sloppy threads and disproportionate length. Get ready – this is the messy new dress that everyone will be wearing en masse this spring and summer – and it’s exactly the kind of skirt that our adored Emily Sindlev, who is called the Scandinavian Carrie Bradshaw, has already worn.
And we can easily make a similar skirt ourselves. As already said, there is no need to deliberately take special cutting and sewing courses. And measure seven times too – feel free to cut! Don’t worry, loose lines and weird patterns are all the rage these days.
As a result, it turns out that the thing is new, but with inherited functionality – it will suit all shoes and outerwear. Moccasins, boots, over the knee boots, trainers, sneakers, trench coat, bomber, leather jackets…
And you can go on and on, but there is no time. We hurry to go through the closet and look for the right, or rather unnecessary model!
