Throw away immediately: 3 models of outerwear that cannot be worn in 2023 – out of fashion

There is a funny pattern: quite often those clothing models that were once mega-popular fall into fashion junk. Micro bags, for example, broke all records for demand a season ago, and then were suddenly declared an anti-trend. The same happened with perforated shoes, cropped pants, peplum skirts and the list goes on. The heroes of our selection were also considered a necessity at one time, and now fashion experts suggest removing them from your eyes.

What seems wrong? A warm jacket, a warm hood with a warm fur trim – you will definitely not freeze. But no, complete with semi-sports outerwear (and most down jackets fall into this category), fur does not look very harmonious. Yes, playing with contrasts is a stylish trick, but a jacket with rich piping rarely turns out sporty chic.

The parka is “guilty” in the same categories: windproof material, military cut, rather rough details are not always “friendly” with fur. Yes, there are parka models in which the contrast is not so visible, but the cut of these jackets is already outdated. This is how megatrends usually work: 10 years ago, every fashionista dreamed of a brand new parka, and now they remain “in the gallery” of trends.

How long have you seen a duffle coat on a random passerby? Not only stylists didn’t like them, but a huge number of girls said goodbye to this single-breasted coat a long time ago. The problems are everywhere: fangs, hoods, three-quarter length, shoulder pads… It’s much easier to find just a good woolen dressing gown or a model with a straight cut and midi length than to find a duffle coat that misses the trends of face control in the season 2022/2023.
