Fashion is a delicate and somewhat unpredictable matter. Calculating exact trends now is like guessing the exchange rate. In the spring, when the designers showed the collections intended for the fall, the stars fell in love with some of the fashion pieces from there and started wearing them immediately. The same fuchsia, for example: after all, it was intended for autumn, but in the end it “shot” in March-April. And skinny jeans, long buried by fashion experts as the strictest anti-trend, suddenly resurrected from non-existence – not in the old “slip-on” version – but that’s another story.
But you can be sure of one thing, that the pants from our selection will not be returned. In the near future, so sure: they are declared obsolete and are no longer among the most trendy looks. We’ll save you time for autumn shopping and let you know which models aren’t even worth trying.
Pants that cut the legs a priori, shorten the silhouette, eat a few centimeters in height and add them to the width. Capris traditionally end in the middle of the lower leg and its widest part – and this makes the proportions inharmonious. And why risk it?
Briefs work on the same principle as capris, only they end just below the knee. There is only one principle here: visually, the legs are divided into two parts, the length of which decreases. Obviously not the wisest decision, given that it’s now very easy to find well-fitting palazzo pants and bermuda shorts that will solve this problem once and for all.
Today, lamps are more kitsch than a trend. They look very impressive on designer pants, especially in collaboration. For example, a cross between Gucci and Adidas tracksuits with sports stripes looked very bold – but the designers expected that. And in other cases, big questions arise for such models: how, why, to whom? ..
To be fair, bananas should be paired with chunky liners – they work in a similar way to add extra volume around the hips. It turns out that we ourselves make the “ears” that we so persistently try to get rid of.
These pests are known by many names: they are Aladdins, Bloomers and Zouaves – but the essence does not change. The baggy bland design did not paint, for objectivity, anyone. Except perhaps the heroes of the “Step Up” films – but we are not the rebel dancers of 2006.
