Mold thrives where it is moist and warm

Molds reproduce by spores and are transmitted through the air. They germinate in a food and develop a web of threads. Therefore, if you find traces of mold in food, you should take various measures.

Mold thrives where it is moist and warm. The more liquid the food, the faster the fungus spreads. For example, soft fruits, compotes, vegetables. You should also be especially careful with bread, grated cheese or nuts. All these foods should be discarded immediately if they become moldy.

Mold spores often remain
