The American Heart Association recognizes the importance of good sleep by adding it to its list of eight “Life Essentials” for maintaining stable cardiovascular health.
But how to improve sleep? For many, lack of sleep is the consequence of our daily lives, there are external circumstances that can affect their sleep hours.
“Good sleep depends on several things external factors which is often out of control patient“, explains Cleveland Clinic cardiologist Ashish Sarraju.
